The National Conscience: Abolish Property Taxes

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is seriously looking to abolish property taxes. At least 10 other states are looking at abolishing property taxes as well. Which state is going to be the first. Will it be South Dakota or Florida? Or some other state?
